As begin our new calendar year, we respectfully ask for you to consider renewing your $30 annual membership for this year. If you have paid already, we thank you!

Your membership dues greatly helps with the neighborhood such as:

• Lawn Maintenance (mowing, treatment)
• Printing & Postage (Quarterly Beacons and Annual Directory)
• Landscaping (Flowers and mulch)
• Flag Replacement (In circle)
• Electricity (Entrance and Flag Lighting, Sprinkler Timers, Holiday Lighting)
• General Repair and Maintenance (Lights, Sprinklers, etc)
• Advertising (Garage Sale, Annual Meeting)
• Community Events (Fall Fest, Annual Meeting, December Hay Ride)
